Full sets come in classic, hybrid, wet and volume styles, plus a mega volume option. A classic set is a very subtle look with minimal thickness, and its length can be adjusted. Hybrid sets combine classic and volume work, with single lashes attached to each natural lash, and are offered in cat eye, doll eye and open eye shapes. Volume sets use between 2 and 16 very light extensions per natural lash for a fuller, feathery look.

Refills are meant to be booked every two to three weeks. A classic or hybrid refill becomes a full set when fewer than 40% of the lashes remain, and a volume refill becomes a full set when fewer than 50% remain.

A packaged volume option includes a full volume set, one refill to use within the first three weeks, and a lash cleaner. The color pop add-on applies vibrant colored shades during a personalized appointment. Appointment lengths range from 20 minutes for lash removal to about three hours for the longest full sets.
