Services are offered at the salon address or, through the Traveling Luxury Salon, at the client's home or office in Wynwood, Edgewater, the Design District, Midtown, Downtown and Brickell. The EsteembyLala hair care line, launched alongside the EsteemHair Extensions in summer 2020, includes six Essentials products that the business describes as natural, vegan and cruelty-free. They can be bought online, at select salon partners, or during a traveling appointment. The EsteemHair extensions are made from virgin human hair, sold as non-adhesive seamless clip-ins and wrap ponytails, come in a range of textures and colors, and can be colored or customized by the business.

The LaLaLinks Cocktail Method is a hands-on class covering single and double row invisible LaLaLink methods. It includes a kit, hair vendor information and after-class support.
