The menu is built around facials, with prices from $75 for a dermaplane facial to $265 for the Green Sea Peel, an acid-free resurfacing treatment. Acne has its own track: the Face Reality Acne Boot Camp is a customized correction program that can include peels, extractions and skin coaching, and the Acne 101 membership adds monthly acne treatments and guidance. Other options include a Nano Needling Facial aimed at supporting natural collagen and reducing signs of aging, and a Hydro Facial that cleanses and exfoliates with the Zemits DermeLuxx Pro device. Brow and lash services include a Korean lash lift, brow lamination with waxing, and lash or brow tinting in soft brown, dark brown or black.

New clients usually start with the First Time Client facial, an 80-minute visit that begins with a skin analysis and intake review, then moves into a customized treatment and ends with a home care plan. Consultations are also available for new, returning and existing clients to talk through needs, home care and product recommendations, and the consultation fee is credited toward any purchase. Several new-client services carry a deposit, ranging from $14 for the consultation to $50 for the first facial and several other facials. Established clients who have agreed a treatment plan can book the Custom Facial Client appointment, which is not suitable for acne clients.

Memberships are billed monthly at $99, $125 or $205 and include a set number of facials, discounts on add-ons and retail products, and a birthday upgrade. Members book services as usual through the services page, and their benefits are applied automatically at checkout in the studio. Cancellations or no-shows made within 48 hours of the appointment are charged a 50% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or custom amounts and cannot be refunded. Clients can also book a free, 15-minute product pick-up appointment and collect products they have ordered, and the studio sells its own skincare and tint products, including an SPF tint.

Visits begin with a skin analysis and intake review, and treatments are customized with a home care plan to follow.
