The salon says its aim is for each client to feel their best and leave feeling beautiful. The space is warm, bright and inviting, and the menu covers color, cuts for men and women, styling for everyday and special occasions, hair extensions and treatments.

Pricing follows a five-level stylist system, with levels based on experience and pricing, so the same service can cost differently depending on who performs it. Color is priced on 4 oz. of product, and each additional bowl of color mixed adds $18.

Online booking is available, though the salon recommends calling (773) 614-8569 for the earliest openings. Cancellations must be made by phone. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours ahead are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows without prior notice are charged the full service price.

Wedding packages are offered, and a bridal services contract is available through the salon's website. The shop carries MILBON, IGK and UNITE hair products, which include shampoos, conditioners and styling products, along with Voluspa candles.
