Color is the main focus. The menu runs from a $45 gloss, a toner that removes warmth and can add cool or ashy tones, through foil services, root and color retouches, dimensional packages, halo and color block work, and color correction or removal. Mini foil covers fewer than 50 foils and includes four bowls of bleach, with a $20 charge for each bowl after that. Creative color packages can be built around lightener bowls and treatment. A strand test is available to help settle the final color and show the hair's color history. A $25 consultation is applied toward the service.

Cuts include women's basic haircuts for maintenance or one-length styles, signature layered haircuts, and bang trims. Blowouts are styling only and can be added to any service. Extension options include I-Tip extensions starting at $100 with four options, and a keratin extension install. Treatments include a scalp treatment and a keratin treatment that reduces frizz and curl and shortens daily styling time for up to six weeks.

Hours are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 3:30 PM. The salon is closed Monday, Wednesday and Sunday. Appointments are booked online through a Glossgenius page. Clients need at least 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and a deposit is forfeited without that notice. A no-show or missed cancellation is charged in full for the scheduled service. Cancellations can be made by phone or through Instagram as early as possible.
