Color is the core of the menu. Options include toners and glazes that tone unwanted hair tones and add shine, single process color that covers gray and finishes with an end toner, and highlights ranging from a mini foil service of five to ten foils up to full highlights and balayage. Most highlight services include toner, an Olaplex treatment and a blow dry. Highlights paired with base color are available for clients who want gray covered while adding dimension. Color correction is priced from $100 per hour and requires an in-person consultation before booking.

Extensions are a specialty here, with I-tip and K-tip work, one-row and two-row installs or move ups, and removal. Blending and styling are included in install and move up appointments. New clients booking an extension move up need a consultation first, and clients should arrive with dry, clean hair. The studio also offers a Spruzzi express keratin treatment with collagen and argan oil, and hair can be shampooed 24 hours afterward.

Arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled time means rescheduling and a charge of 50% of the appointment. A late acceptance after speaking with the stylist adds a 25% fee on top of the service. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the booked service, while cancellations within one hour and no-shows are charged in full. No adjustments or fixes are made after five days from the appointment.

Cash, Zelle and card are accepted, and credit card payments carry a 4% service fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Clients who refer a friend who books receive 10% off their next visit. Gift cards are sold in amounts of $50, $75, $100 and $200 or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
