The menu is mostly braiding, twisting and locing, alongside cutting, color and chemical or heat styling. Cuts, color, relaxers, silk presses and wash and set sit beside cornrows and braids for men, women and children ages 5 to 12, along with twists, sew-ins, crochet hair, detangling and retwists. Sister locs and sister locs retie are offered as longer services for locs.

Cancellations or rescheduling need at least one hour's notice to avoid a fee or loss of the deposit. One cancellation is allowed per deposit, and later cancellations forfeit it. Concerns about a service must be raised within two days of the appointment; refunds are not issued for concerns raised after that, and any refund is decided by the salon after review. No refunds are offered for services altered by another stylist or salon.

The three-day braiding class covers knotless braids, cornrows, box braids and boho braids, from basic to advanced styles, and suits beginners as well as people building their braiding skills. The four-day locing class covers interlocking, adding faux locs, making locs, washing and retwisting, styling and sisterlocks, and suits beginners and working professionals; it includes a gift bag of supplies.

Final pricing follows the hair's condition, length and chosen style, so the service is shaped to each client's hair.
