The color menu includes balayage, blonde balayage, full color and soft highlights, along with foil highlights and low-lights, bleach-out services, double process and color toner. The cutting menu includes razor haircuts for men and women, which use a razor to finish the cut instead of scissors. The salon also offers Qiqi permanent straightening, a treatment that is not alkaline-based and starts at $390. Pricing depends on hair density and length, so clients are asked to call for an appointment.

Facial services include chemical peels, hydrating facials and Sensi peels, using PCA Skin professional treatments and daily skincare. Waxing covers brows, lips, face, underarms and more. A men's menu covers beard and mustache work, hot towel facials, scalp massage and treatment, and luxury grooming boxes.

Appointments can be booked through the salon's website or its Fresha profile. New clients pay a 20% deposit to book, which is deducted from the total when the service is complete and is non-refundable. If a consultation is booked, its fee is credited toward the service if the client goes ahead. Prices vary with hair length, thickness, time and products needed, and clients can ask the stylist for the cost before a service begins.

Services are non-refundable. Clients who are unhappy with a service have 48 hours to contact the salon to receive a complimentary adjusting service, and corrective work is not offered more than 5 days after the original appointment. Retail products can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. The salon is open Tuesday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 6:30 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
