Consultations are complimentary and are booked by choosing Color Services and then Color Consultation. A consultation covers your hair history, your goals, what maintenance to expect, and which services and timing the team recommends. Hair extension services also begin with a consultation, and extensions are customized with color matching and a custom cut and style. Extensions need regular maintenance appointments and care at home.

Balayage and blonding are placed by hand and tailored to each client's skin tone and haircut. Guests can also add extras to a visit: a toner or gloss, an additional bowl of color, a hair mask, a blowout finish, or a styling upgrade. Treatments for conditioning, repair, shine and the scalp are available too, and can be included in any booking.

A valid credit card secures every appointment. The salon asks for 48 hours' notice for cancellations; appointments canceled within 48 hours or missed are charged in full. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may have service shortened or rescheduled, and the full cost of the original appointment still applies. No refunds are offered. Complimentary adjustments that refine the original service are available within 7 days, though they do not include changing the style, and additional fees may apply. You receive a text and email reminder one day before your visit, and you can change or cancel through the link in the confirmation or by emailing the salon.

Street parking on Mamaroneck Avenue in front of the salon has a 2-hour maximum and accepts quarters or the ParkMobile app. A lot behind the salon takes ParkMobile and has a pay station, with up to 4 hours of parking. Parking is also available across from the Police Station on Prospect Avenue, which accepts ParkMobile.
