MargaretCare Concierge Health Services, PLLC takes a whole-person approach to primary care, looking at physical, emotional and spiritual health together. Internal medicine care is provided for clients aged 15 and over. The practice describes itself as a leader in primary care medicine. It has a Katy office, a suite in Katy, and a location in Aransas Pass.

Care coordination is part of the model: the practice offers case management, referrals to specialists when needed, and pharmacy coordination with Jeff's Top Care Pharmacy, which builds personalized drug therapy plans delivered in patient-focused Comfort Kits. Diagnostic services include home laboratory and diagnostic testing for private homes, assisted living, group homes and independent living, along with in-office phlebotomy. Nutrition programs include a clinical assessment with body composition analysis, EKG, wellness labs and lifestyle consultation. The adult day program offers supervised daytime activities, meals and help with daily living, and is staffed according to Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services licensing requirements.
