Care coordination is part of the model: the practice offers case management, referrals to specialists when needed, and pharmacy coordination with Jeff's Top Care Pharmacy, which builds personalized drug therapy plans delivered in patient-focused Comfort Kits. When a client elects its services, the practice commits to a visit within 48 hours.

Behavioral health care is provided through The Mind Company, in the office, by telemedicine, or by medical house call.
