Each visit begins with the look the client wants, planned alongside care for the health of their hair. The team keeps up with industry trends and aims for fresh looks that suit each client's natural texture and daily routine. The salon says it aims for a calm, peaceful space for clients.

Color prices depend on hair length and density, and the salon lists starting prices for each service. Color correction and creative color are priced by the hour at $170. Premium timeslots add 20% to a regular service price.

House call services are offered, with pricing that varies by location and includes a travel fee. Clients are asked to arrive ten minutes before their reservation and to give 24 hours notice to cancel. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead carry no charge, late cancellations are charged 50% of the service price, and no-shows are charged in full. The salon is open Wednesday through Friday from 10am to 5pm and Saturday from 11am to 4pm, and is closed Sunday through Tuesday.

The salon works with each client on their desired look while protecting the health of their hair, and aims to keep its work current with industry trends.
