The salon's work centers on color and chemical services. Color options range from root touch-ups and single process color to full and partial highlights, with cut-and-color combinations available. Smoothing and straightening treatments include the Brazilian Blowout, the Keratin smoothing treatment, the Chi Hair Transformation System and the Yuko Japanese straightening system, and the salon also offers color correction.

Cuts, dry cuts, blowouts with a flat iron, Olaplex treatments and perms round out the menu, along with brow and lip or chin waxing. The salon uses Aquage and Olaplex products exclusively.

Appointments require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations are charged half the service fee, no-shows and no-calls are charged the full fee, and clients more than 15 minutes late are asked to reschedule.
