Services are organized by where a client is in the lash cycle. A full set is for a first application or a complete new set. A weekly fill is a touch-up within seven days of a previous application to replace extensions that have shed. A 2-3 week refill adds extensions where natural lashes have grown out or shed, and requires at least 40-50% of the previous extensions still in place. Full sets take roughly 80 to 150 minutes depending on style, and fills run from about 50 to 120 minutes.

The Any Full Wispy Set lets clients pick any wispy style, including the Signature Set and the Wet Lash Set, with a consultation at arrival to settle on the look. Volume and Mega Volume work is described as a fuller, more dramatic result, and the salon notes that a consultation with a certified lash technician is essential for that service.

Hours run Monday 8 AM to 8 PM, Tuesday through Thursday 8 AM to 9 PM, Friday 7:30 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 7:30 AM to 2 PM. The studio is closed on Sundays. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and a 50% fee applies to no-call, no-show appointments.
