It describes itself as one of the few medical spas in Dallas offering the latest technology.

The menu is grouped into injectables, skin treatments and body treatments. Injectables include Botox, Dysport, Juvéderm, Restylane, Letybo, BrightEye and Lumi Lips. Skin work covers a range of facials, chemical peels, microneedling, IPL photofacials and HydraFacial versions. Body services include CoolSculpting Elite, Morpheus8, Venus Legacy, laser hair removal and several muscle and contouring treatments. Men's options include a men's facial, ED acoustic wave therapy and P. Shot Standard. Hair restoration uses PRP scalp injections and a HydraFacial Keravive scalp treatment.

A complimentary consultation with an esthetician is used to build a customized plan and pricing. For Dysport, personalized quotes are given at that consultation based on the number of units and treatment areas. The salon says most treatments have little to no downtime.

The salon does not take health insurance, a situation it says is typical for elective treatments at Texas med spas. According to the salon, clients can spread costs over up to 24 months at 0% interest through Cherry and CareCredit, subject to credit approval. Gift cards are sold. Appointments need to be canceled or moved at least 24 hours in advance; missed appointments or late cancellations incur a fee of 50% of the service price. All purchases are final. Clients can book by phone or text at (469) 730-3333 or by email at uptown@marasmedspa.com. Opening hours are 9 AM to 8 PM Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM on Saturday, and 10 AM to 6 PM on Sunday.
