The studio is in Argyle, Texas, at Avalon at Argyle, and is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 8:30 PM. It is closed on weekends.

Full sets are available in four styles: Classic, Hybrid, Volume and Mega Volume. Looks run from understated to striking. Fills are priced according to style and need at least 40% of the existing lashes still in place. For light shedding, a one-week fill is an option for a quick touch-up. Clients whose lashes were applied elsewhere can book a foreign fill, subject to the condition of those lashes. Removal is a separate service, and new clients wearing extensions from a previous artist can book it. Cluster or strip lashes have to come off before a foreign fill, and these services aren't done while those lashes are still on.

For a natural option, a lash lift and tint lifts, curls, and darkens existing lashes without extensions. Brow services include lamination, which restructures brow hairs for a fuller, lifted look that the studio says lasts six to eight weeks, with a maintenance visit recommended every three weeks. Brow shaping includes waxing with detailed mapping, and brow tinting is also offered. A signature brow trio combines lamination, custom shaping, and tinting, and a lash and brow studio set pairs a lash lift and tint with brow lamination, a brow wax, and a brow tint.

Clients who book lash, brow, and certain other services pay a deposit of $5, $10, or $15 depending on the service, which is required for new clients. Deposits go toward the booked service and are non-refundable, and they cannot be moved to a different service. A cancellation made at least 24 hours ahead may move the deposit once to the same service if rebooked within 30 days. There is a 15-minute grace period, after which the appointment is canceled and charged as a no-show at 50% of the service. Appointments allow fewer than two guests. A silent appointment option is available at no charge for clients who prefer not to chat.

Before lash appointments, clients are asked to limit caffeine and stimulants and to avoid eye makeup. Several brow and lash services also require stopping AHA or BHA products, retinols, tretinoin, or other skin actives five to seven days beforehand. Gift cards are sold in amounts of $50, $75, $100, and $200, or in a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
