Technicians are organized into Entry, Advanced and Expert levels, with Expert plus above Expert for some. Clients pick the level they want when they book, and most manicure and pedicure prices change with that level. Nail technicians complete a training program before moving up to Entry, and Expert-level technicians teach that program. The salon says it provides free in-house training and ongoing education, and it hires applicants who are new to nail work and will be trained.

A visit usually starts with the technician learning what the client wants from their nails, then recommending a service that fits. Manicures are often built around overlays and rebalances: an overlay adds gel directly over natural nails without extensions, and a rebalance is a maintenance visit, usually every two to three weeks after an overlay or enhancement, in which the existing product is filed, reshaped and refilled rather than removed. Work done by another salon has to be soaked off or removed first, and product removal must be booked before a new appointment in that case.

Online booking and gift cards are on the website, and the phone line is 412-735-8067. Hours are Monday to Thursday 11 to 8, Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 9 to 3, and closed Sunday. Lawrenceville has paid street parking on Butler Street with free parking on nearby streets. Fox Chapel has free street parking in front of the studio and a few more free spots behind the building.

Scheduled appointments have a 10-minute grace period, and late arrivals beyond that may be refused part or all of the service. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours notice, and a late cancellation is charged the full service cost. Sales of services and products are final, and any issue with a service must be reported within 48 hours. Tips are optional and accepted in cash only. Gift cards and deposits are non-refundable.

Technicians tailor each appointment to the client's nail goals and recommend a service that fits, with the work grouped by experience level.
