The suite is set up as a quiet, private room where guests can relax away from the noise of a busy salon floor. Each visit is customized, with services shaped around what each guest is hoping to achieve, and the owner works at building lasting relationships with the people who book.

Hair services range from blonding sessions in several sizes, including a custom balayage booked as a longer appointment, to cuts, blowouts, Malibu hair treatments and event updos. The nail menu covers classic and soak off gel manicures, pedicures in several levels of care, hard gel and glue and powder overlays and extensions with tips, and SNS dip powder, using CND Shellac and Light Elegance P+ gel polish cured under a light. Waxing covers the face, arms, legs, underarms, bikini and back.

Paraffin treatments can be added to any appointment or booked separately. Returning guests who come in within seven days of their previous visit get a free nail repair. Consultations cost nothing and can help clients map out hair, nail or waxing work. Visitors can use free parking and wifi, and the space offers free drinks and snacks, step-free access and a child-friendly atmosphere. Visits are by appointment only. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday, with hours that differ by day, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, cash, and AfterPay for eligible orders. Clients who change a booking with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged a 50% service fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be billed the full amount of the scheduled services.
