Nail art is offered two ways. Fixed-price, fixed-time curated style menus can be booked as accents on two of ten nails or as all-over looks on all ten. Up to five accent styles can be combined on one set, and styles from both menus can be mixed and layered. Art time from selected styles is added together and rounded up to the nearest five minutes, with a $5 minimum for each five minutes of art time. The Classic Styles combination of Magnetic X8 and Blooming Marble X2 is $19 and is booked as 20 minutes of art time.

Freestyle couture designs are priced at $1 per minute, and a time and price estimate is provided after contact. Freestyle art is at the artist's discretion, so clients give up creative control over the design and are charged for the work completed.

Online booking requires a $20 deposit. Booking or rescheduling by text or email adds $10, and overtime requested by text outside standard hours adds $50. Appointments made within 48 hours that are cancelled or rescheduled lose the booking fee, and cancellations within 12 hours are charged the full cost of the booked services. Clients arriving 15 or more minutes late may have their service shortened or cancelled, with late cancellation fees applying. Payment is due at the end of service by cash, card or PayPal, and CashApp or Apple Pay can be used for tips. No guests are allowed at appointments. Children aged 4 and older may attend only in an emergency, with a $25 fee per child. Manicures are offered to clients aged 8 and older with a parent present, and enhancements are not offered to children under 16.

The studio also offers one-on-one and small group workshops covering product chemistry, gel paint art techniques and creative concept development. Surplus nail supplies can be shipped within the US for an added cost, but sales are final and international shipping is not offered. Vintage and upcycled clothing and accessories from the Tisane Body shop can be bought through social media, shipped within the US, or picked up in person.
