The studio is at 1130 Dragon St, Suite 150, in Dallas. It is open Tuesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 9 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and it is closed Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Service descriptions are available in both English and Spanish.

The Curly Haircut starts at $250 and takes about 195 minutes. It begins with a consultation and includes a custom curly cut, a detox, a wash, deep conditioning, a steam treatment and diffused styling, with curl care education and at-home tips included. It requires a $100 deposit, is offered for ages 5 and up, and asks clients to arrive with clean, dry, product-free hair worn down in its natural texture. Extra time is billed at $35 per 30 minutes. For young children, the Child's Curly Cut starts at $65 and takes about 30 minutes. It is a precision cut and styling service for children with short, developing curls, typically ages 2 to 4, and it includes education and at-home care tips. Shampoo and diffused drying are available for an additional fee.

The Wash + Go starts at $125 and takes about 105 minutes. It is natural curl styling without a curly haircut, covering cleansing, conditioning, steam treatment and a diffused finish. Clients do not need to wash their hair beforehand, it is offered for ages 5 and up, and it requires a $40 deposit. Extra time is billed at $35 per 30 minutes.

A non-refundable retainer secures every appointment and is applied toward the total cost of service. One transfer is allowed with at least 72 hours' notice. Reschedules made with less than 72 hours' notice, or a second reschedule, forfeit the retainer. Cancellations made less than 72 hours ahead are charged in full, including for illness, weather or travel. Arriving more than 15 minutes late or missing an appointment cancels it and charges the card on file in full. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.
