Appointments start with a conversation. The salon builds each look around what the client wants and how they live with their hair day to day, and the aim is for clients to leave feeling comfortable, understood and pleased with their hair. Work ranges from a light refresh to a full change. For color, final pricing is set at consultation and depends on hair length, density, color history, the result wanted and how much product is needed.

Color services include all-over color, root retouching mainly for grey coverage, all-over bleach touch-ups and custom balayage. Toner is recommended after any highlighting or balayage visit to balance the hair's pH, add shine and remove unwanted tones. Highlighting options run from a small face-framing set of foils to partial and full foil services.

Extension maintenance covers sewn-in weft extensions, in one-row and two-row sets, and tape-in extensions, with partial fill-ins for up to ten tapes. Cutting services include women's haircuts, a dedicated curly cut, men's haircuts and bang trims. Waxing is limited to eyebrows and lips.

Cancellation policy: clients need at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. One complimentary cancellation on a non-haircut service is allowed per calendar year, within 24 hours of the appointment. After that, late cancellations carry a fee of 20% of the scheduled services.

Each look is built around a conversation with the client, fitting the style and daily life of the person in the chair.
