Corrective color beyond four hours is priced by phone call. Extensions are by consultation only: a free consultation comes first, then a first appointment covering extension type, placement design, color matching, lifestyle hair care training and a deposit. A second appointment handles installation and final payment, and a move-up or tightening visit is scheduled six to eight weeks after installation. Extension removal and re-installation are also offered.

Hair treatments include a scalp treatment with manual exfoliation, a scalp system treatment and a blowout, using the Malibu Scalp System or the Kevin Murphy 3 Step Scalp Spa. Smoothing options include a Brazilian blowout, a nontoxic smoothing treatment and an anti-frizz smoothing treatment; pricing for the anti-frizz option is shared by text message. The studio is open Wednesday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and is closed Sunday through Tuesday. Clients can call or text, and replies usually come within 24 to 48 hours. House calls, events and weddings are not being taken at this time.
