The salon is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Sundays and Tuesdays. Walk-ins are welcome, parking is free in the lot, and the space is wheelchair accessible and listed as kid friendly. Wi-Fi, complimentary beverages and snacks are available. Payment is accepted by Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Venmo, Zelle and cash, with Klarna, AfterPay and Affirm on qualifying orders. Clients are asked to give 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel, and cancellations with less notice or no-shows are subject to a 50% fee.

Gift certificates come in $25, $50, $75 and $100 amounts or a custom amount from $10 to $1,000. They have no expiration, can be sent by email, text or both, and can be delivered immediately or on a chosen date. Gift certificate sales are final, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
