Color is the center of the menu. Each color service is mixed for the individual client, and the formula and process are documented so later appointments can build on them. Visits begin with a consultation to talk through goals and plan the service. Options range from brow tint, toning and lowlights to all-over color, tint touch ups for roots up to eight weeks from the last color, partial and full highlights, balayage, blonding, color correction and vivid color, with or without a lightening step.

Cutting appointments include a consultation, shampoo, haircut and style. There are separate haircut options for boys, girls, men and women, along with blowdries, updos, conditioning treatments and beard trims. Neck trims and bang trims are free between haircut appointments. Quick waxing services for the ears, nose, chin, lip and brows are also offered.

During color processing, guests can have water, coffee, wine or beer, and hot neck warmers are available during appointments. A visit can end with a social media photo shoot, and styling tips or a styling lesson can be arranged if requested ahead of time. Gift cards are sold on the booking page. Clients book online, and new guests can email for help and usually hear back within 48 hours, Tuesday through Saturday. After booking, the stylist sends a short list of questions and further information before the appointment. The business describes its goal as helping every guest leave feeling like a better version of themselves.
