Men's cuts are the main focus. The men's haircut with scalp massage is a customized scissor cut that begins with a consultation, takes 45 minutes and includes luxury shampoo and conditioner, a head and neck massage, a eucalyptus hot towel, and styling guidance with product advice. A complimentary beer, coffee or sparkling water is included. A shorter men's clean up, taking 25 minutes, tidies only the sides and neckline with no scissor work on top. Men's gray coverage, at 30 minutes, blends and softens gray hair, with the effect fading gradually over time.

Women's haircuts take 75 minutes and include customized luxury shampoo and conditioner, a eucalyptus hot towel and a blowout. Kids' haircuts, for children 10 and under, take 45 minutes and are open to existing clients only. Parents can bring an iPad to a child's appointment, and WiFi is available. Junior cuts, for ages 11 to 15, take 55 minutes and include shampoo and deep conditioner. Junior appointments usually need a full hour for consultation, since younger clients may find it harder to describe what they want.

The salon is open Tuesdays from 12 PM to 3 PM, Wednesdays through Fridays from 12 PM to 8 PM, and Saturdays from 12 PM to 5 PM, and is closed on Mondays and Sundays. Bookings require a credit card. Changes or cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance carry no charge. A 50% fee may apply to cancellations made with under 24 hours' notice and to missed appointments.
