The team shares a commitment to giving back to the community. The salon welcomes organizations, charities and fundraisers working toward a cause, and invites inquiries from anyone interested in hosting an event there.

The color menu runs from tone and gloss and retouches through full color, highlights, balayage and ombre, and fashion or vivid colors. Color correction is handled by consultation, so clients with a previous color problem are asked to call the salon first to book one. Consultations are free.

For special occasions, the salon offers wedding and event hair and makeup with a team of hair and makeup artists. Bridal updos and makeup include extra time for detailing, skin preparation, lashes and finishing, and a trial is recommended before the wedding day. Stylists can travel to offsite locations for a fee of $50 per stylist, and the wedding coordinator decides how many stylists are needed.

The salon aims to help every client feel confident and to deliver a pleasant experience with striking results.
