Services cover haircuts and blow-dries, single-process and blonding color, toning and gloss, gray coverage through root retouching, color correction, extension consultation and application, Brazilian Blowout smoothing, split-end and conditioning treatments, and blowouts and event styling.

Visits begin with a conversation about what the client wants and what their hair needs. Consultations are offered for color, extensions and color correction; the $30 extension and color consultation fees are credited toward a booked service. Extensions require a consultation and purchase of the hair before the appointment, and matching color or toner for extensions is an extra charge. Clients are asked to book the exact service they want, since services take different amounts of time.

Practical policies: clients call or use the call box on arrival, guests who are not booked for a service cannot come into the salon, and children are welcome only when receiving a service, with child care to be arranged by the client because the salon says it is not a safe place for children. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late forfeit their appointment and may be charged a fee. Cash and Zelle are preferred; credit cards are accepted with a 4% processing fee. Text is the preferred way to reach the salon.
