Services are by appointment only. Hours run Tuesday and Thursday 1-8, Wednesday 10-6, Friday 10-5 and Saturday 9-3. Extension pricing is set after a consultation, and the salon does not offer children's pricing. Walk-ins are welcome to buy gift cards or products, and gift certificates are available.
Booking policies ask for 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations carry a 50% fee and missed appointments are charged in full. Service concerns should be raised within 7 days, and the salon will adjust the color or cut. Unsatisfactory products can be exchanged if the salon is contacted within 2 weeks. Refunds are not issued for services or products.
