New clients can book a free 15-minute consultation by email or text, where they can send photos of their current hair and inspiration, their hair history, and their availability. Creative or corrective color, chemical services, and hair extensions require an in-person consultation first, and accurate pricing for those services can only be given in person.

Color prices depend on hair density, length, the products needed, service time, and technique. The salon says its prices reflect the experience, continuing education, and training of each stylist. A blowout on curls or a full flat iron is an additional charge.

A deposit may be required to secure an appointment and is applied to the final bill. Clients are asked to arrive on time, since arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to rescheduling and a possible charge. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations forfeit the deposit and incur a rebooking fee. No-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled cost, a deposit is needed to rebook, and no refunds are given.
