Every service on the menu is for hair. Haircuts, color, glazes, blowouts, extensions and root touch-ups are all offered, and the salon names modern color techniques, blonding and hand-tied extensions as its specialties. Color work includes highlights, babylights, balayage and foilayage, usually finished with a custom glaze and a K18 treatment.

New guests are usually booked into one of several new guest packages, which pair a consultation with the cut and color work their hair needs.
