Scheduling and payment terms are firm. Color appointments need to be booked at least 14 days ahead, and custom color for extensions requires hair ordered at least 21 days in advance. Appointments include shampoo and treatments and do not allow guests. Remaining balances are due on the day, with Zelle or cash preferred to avoid card processing fees, and all services and extension purchases are final sale. Cancellations made less than 48 hours ahead incur a 50% fee, and same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full service price. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
Photos and videos may be taken before, during or after services for progress tracking and professional content. Clients may ask in advance that their face not be shown.
Hair health and integrity are treated as part of every extension install, with a consultation used to plan the look and upkeep before work begins.
