The color menu includes gray blending for a softer, lower-maintenance look on gray hair, all-over root refreshes for men and women that cover gray, and blonding that concentrates lightening on key areas for a natural result. Blonding takes about 150 minutes, and new clients booking blonding must first book a Blonding Consultation, which covers their goals, a hair assessment and a custom plan. Women's Blowdry and Style finishes with either soft waves or sleek styling, and women's and men's haircuts include a cleanse or wash, a treatment and a finish with products. Parents who book back-to-back haircuts for themselves and their children get 15% off the total.

Men's grooming includes Neck Trim, which tidies around the ears and neck and is complimentary for existing clients, Beard and Mustache Detailing with line-up work and a conditioning oil, and a Straight Razor Shave with hot towels, essential oils and handmade shaving cream. Waxing covers ears, nose, or both. Treatments include an Olaplex deep conditioning treatment for dry or color-treated hair and a Briogio scalp treatment for dandruff or dry scalp. A Perm Consultation covers hair condition, suitability, curl options, pricing and upkeep.

Policies are set out in advance. Cancellations made within 6 hours of an appointment carry a fee of 50% of the total service, and a no-show carries a fee of 100%. Cancellations can be reported by phone at 253-442-0882. Appointments requested outside operating hours carry a $20 fee. Women's Root Refresh requires an $85 deposit, and Women's Blowdry and Style requires a $55 deposit for new clients.
