Loc wash and retwist is the core service for adults, with a shaved-sides version for locs on top only and a version for kids under 12. Interlock root maintenance is offered for clients who want their roots secured with the interlock crochet method. Add-ons include a scalp detox and a steam treatment that can be added to any retwist. Kids' pricing can vary with the condition of the roots, and new parts or a separate intertwined base for kids and retwists cost an extra $15.
The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11 AM to 8 PM. A 30% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and sales are final. A yearly VIP membership is also offered, with membership benefits applied at checkout in store when booking through the services page.
