Most new clients start with a one-on-one consultation. The Ultimate Curl Experience packages combine a consultation, a dry curly cut, a detox and a guided wash and go lesson on styling techniques and products, and the Boot Camp steps end with a custom at-home regimen. Returning clients can book shorter maintenance visits, with a recommendation to return within three to four months to keep curl shape.

The menu also covers Locs Custom Curly Cuts and Locs Custom Tight Curly Cuts, Curl Confidence for a personalized cut and style without a full curl reset, and a Braid-Ready Blowout that washes, deep treats and blow-dries hair before braiding. The Crochet Experience covers cleansing through a finished style with crochet installation, and extension hair is not included. Highlights use the Rëzolites technique made for textured hair, painted to how the curls fall, and gloss treatments can add shine or blend gray.

Clients should arrive with hair down, fully dry, and free of clips or ponytails, styled the way they normally wear it when curly. A $50 fee applies if hair is not styled properly for a curly cut, or the appointment must be rescheduled, and a $50 per hour fee applies to very tangled hair. Bookings need a non-refundable deposit, require 24 hours notice to cancel, and are confirmed 48 hours ahead. A cancelled deposit can be applied within 30 days. The salon also sells an ebook through its website.

Services are built around a one-on-one consultation and a personalized at-home regimen, adjusted over time, on the belief that every hair texture is beautiful.
