The Denville location is at 3125 Rt 10 East, Suite 2B, on the eastbound side of Route 10, with parking on site. Denville is open Monday to Wednesday and Friday from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, Thursday from noon to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, and it is closed on Sundays. Hours can change, so clients are asked to call first. The Toms River location is inside Top Dawg Athletic Training Center at 825 Hooper Ave and is by appointment only; visitors enter through the training center's main entrance and ask for Mana. The site notes that treatments offered in Toms River are still being confirmed, so callers are encouraged to ask. One phone number covers both locations, and callers should say which one they mean. The phone line has Spanish-speaking staff. Concierge visits are available by appointment, including Sundays.

Every visit begins with a consultation, and no treatment is booked before a qualified clinician has assessed the client. A $20 nonrefundable deposit secures the consultation and is applied to the cost of any treatment chosen. Pricing is covered in full at the consultation, before anything is committed to, and clients leave with a written plan whether or not they go on to treatment. Hormone, weight and peptide decisions are guided by labs, which are run first, and balance care starts with labs and a full health history rather than a symptom checklist. Some treatments offered are not FDA-approved for the uses discussed, and the practice says that is decided at consultation. The practice also says it will tell clients when a treatment will not do what they hope. Fat-dissolving injections target small areas, most often under the chin, and are not a weight-loss treatment. Regenerative treatments are usually an add-on and build results gradually over months.

Booking for consultations and treatments runs through one online system that accepts requests at any hour. Monthly special treatments include D.E.J BioStim at $200, VI Peel at $250 and SkinPen microneedling at $325. A membership is a monthly plan for clients who receive treatments regularly, with benefits that include 20% off PRP treatments, $100 off dermal fillers and $1 less per unit of wrinkle relaxers. Members also earn $50 toward their next treatment for each new patient they refer who books. Membership promotions can change without notice. Manufacturer rewards programs for Allergan and Evolus products are run by those companies, not by the practice. General questions can go by email, but medical details and photographs should not be sent that way.
