The business operates as Mallyna Beauty llc and says it plans to expand to other US cities. It has focused on eyelash and eyebrow procedures from the start.

Lash extensions are offered in seven sets, Natural Look, Full, Cosmopolitan, Glamour, Hollywood, Russian Volume and Mega Volume, which differ in how many extensions are placed on each natural lash and how full the result looks. Each extension is applied individually, so the set is customized to the client, and lengths and thicknesses are chosen per client in synthetic or genuine mink. Full sets begin with a consultation, and clients can also book a complimentary consultation by phone to help choose a set. Refills are usually due every two to four weeks, when about half to 60 percent of the extensions have shed. For clients who do not want extensions, the salon offers a keratin lash lift, which is performed on the natural lashes, and lash tinting can be added to it.

Brow services cover waxing, tinting, henna, keratin lamination, and several permanent makeup approaches. Microblading uses a small blade to implant pigment under the skin, and the pigment is formulated to match the client's natural brow color. Mallyna Combination Brows pair hair strokes with shading, and Ombre/Powder Brows are done with a machine and a dotting technique in two steps, with a touch-up several weeks after the first session. Brow color is selected together with the client based on skin tone, hair, eye color and natural brow shade. Microblading is not offered to anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing, and clients with health conditions such as diabetes or high blood pressure are asked to book a consultation first.

Visits begin with a deposit to confirm appointments of an hour or more, which is taken off the total on the day. Equipment is disinfected before each use and staff sanitize between clients. Lash clients are given aftercare guidance, including keeping lashes dry for 24 hours and avoiding oil-based products, waterproof mascara and eyelash curlers. Brow clients receive an aftercare ointment and written instructions. The studios also sell lash, brow and microblading supplies through an online store and offer group and private training classes for lash, brow and permanent makeup techniques.
