The salon was founded by Malary Stevens, who leads the head spa work. Scalp health is the starting point across the menu, and the monthly Malibu Ritual Membership at $129 is built around regular scalp care, with a 50-minute scalp detox with steam and massage, a choice of red light therapy or holistic scalp mask, a 15-minute blowout, priority booking and member pricing on enhancements.

Haircuts range from a 15-minute bang trim at $10 to a customized signature cut from $75 that includes wash, blowout and styling. Color is offered as a gloss and toner, with a clear gloss add-on that can go with any service. Longer treatments include Hair Botox, a 150-minute deep conditioning treatment that is not a chemical straightening process, and a 225-minute keratin treatment that the salon says reduces frizz and lasts up to six months. New clients booking either one pay a $25 deposit.

Free 30-minute consultations are available in person or by FaceTime or Zoom, covering the look, color, timing, maintenance and price. The salon is open Tuesday from 1 to 8 PM, Wednesday from 12 to 8 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 4 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 7:30 PM and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours ahead incur a fee of 50% of the service, and no-shows are charged the full price. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or custom amounts and are final sale. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.
