Studio appointments are by appointment only. Clients are asked to arrive with a clean, moisturized face free of makeup and may bring photos or inspiration for the look they want. Appointments bring a professional makeup chair, lighting, a folding table and a fully stocked kit, so the same setup works at a client's location.
Wedding dates can be reserved up to 18 months ahead with a signed contract and a 50% deposit. A bridal trial takes place 2 to 3 months before the wedding and is offered to booked brides. After booking, a detailed timeline for the wedding morning is created, and parties of 12 or more can be handled with the help of assistant artists trained by the owner.
Event makeup applications typically take 60 to 90 minutes per person. Event bookings require a 50% deposit, with an invoice sent once services are confirmed. Appointments are best booked 1 to 3 months ahead, though short-notice requests are welcome. Hair services are not offered, but the business provides a list of recommended hairstylists when a booking is made.
