The business says it opened Miami's first makeup and hair beauty bar in 2013 and describes itself as the number one company of its kind in the city. Services are offered both at the beauty bar and on location, and the business serves luxury weddings, quinceañeras, maternity clients, celebrity clients and clients travelling from out of state.

Bridal work is the core of the business. Bridal makeup, bridal hairstyles and updos, and pre-wedding trials are offered. Wedding services are provided at the wedding venue on the day, and travel fees apply outside Miami-Dade. Booking a wedding requires a 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed e-contract. A trial does not hold the wedding date and time. Trials take place at the beauty bar Monday through Thursday, between one and six months before the wedding, and last about two to three hours. Weekends are kept for bridal parties. Most brides book six to 12 months ahead. Clients are asked to arrive with hair blow-dried and ready to style, and second-day hair is preferred for updos so they hold better. Blowouts are not included in makeup and hairstyle appointments. Clients should disclose any product allergies so those products are not used. The business uses high-end makeup and does not use drugstore brands on clients. Brides can rent the Premier Luxury Village to get ready on their wedding day. The space includes about 35,000 square feet of photo and video sets. Photos taken by the salon's artists or the wedding photographer may be used for promotion.

Darsys Academy offers online courses and classes that can be watched at any time, along with a self makeup class, pro makeup and hair courses, an in-person four-day intensive and mentorship options. The business also sells Serina Beauty products, including hair accessories, human hair extensions and liquid lipsticks.
