On-location appointments take the team to hotels, venues, event spaces, production sets and private homes around Austin. Clients have included galas, corporate events, conferences, speaking engagements, media appearances, photoshoots and private parties, and last-minute bookings for events, productions and conferences are accepted when availability allows.

Bridal work is built around packages and a la carte services. The ATX Bride package, the Eastside Bride studio package and the I Love You So Much package each combine trials, rehearsal and day-of hair and makeup with extras such as a ceremony timeline, accessory and veil placement and a mini touch-up kit. The Makeup ATX and ATX Hair packages each include a one-hour trial and day-of work, with optional airbrush and lashes on the makeup version. Trials are held at the studio Monday to Thursday and are recommended two to three months before the wedding.

Booking requires a signed contract and a 25% retainer of the contract total, which is non-refundable, and a 20% gratuity is added to the proposal for any signed contract. A minimum of six services is required on the wedding day, and a $50 fee applies for each service below that minimum; friends or family may be used to meet it. Travel is $40 per artist within Austin city limits and $1 per mile per artist outside them, with parking extra. Bridal party, moms, family and friends can book under the bride's signed contract at per-person rates.
