Make You Well was founded in 2018 in Torrance, California, with a single clinic, and brought its model to Texas in 2022. The organization says it employs more than 150 team members and works with over 30 healthcare providers. It is a member of Privia Medical Group, a multi-specialty medical group.

The organization accepts most major PPO plans, and Colleyville also accepts Medicare and Medicare Advantage.
