Every wedding is custom-quoted. Booking requires a signed contract and a $350 retainer, which reserves the date and is non-refundable. Brides can book a 3-hour preview held in the studio, where the full look is tested, including foundation, brows, lashes, curl pattern and hair part. Brides are asked to arrive with clean, dry hair and a makeup-free face. The business also provides a personalized getting-ready schedule that the bride approves, a customized day-of touch-up kit, a 40-page skin care prep guide and a free bridal preview prep guide. A 20% gratuity is added to the final invoice, and payment can be made by Venmo, card, cash or check.

Travel is handled by package. The Signature Bridal Experience includes travel up to 30 miles from the St. Louis County location, and the Luxe Bridal Experience includes travel up to 2.5 hours outside it. Venues beyond that are quoted based on distance, the package and how many stylists are needed, and a hotel stay may be required for distant locations. Six or more booked services, a condensed schedule or a need for extra support can call for additional artists. When Lainie leads the wedding day, an assistant artist fee of $150 applies per additional artist. No assistant fee applies when another lead artist from the team covers a wedding because Lainie is unavailable.

Bridal party planning is based on about 40 minutes per person per service, with about an hour per service for the bride. Friends who want to get ready together can ask about group rates. Special event hair and makeup is priced per occasion for events such as proms, galas, bachelorette parties and bridal showers, and photo shoot, boudoir and senior picture packages are listed separately. Spray tanning is color matched to each client's skin tone and undertone, whether warm, neutral or cool, and brides most often book their tan one to two days before the wedding. Spray tan appointments are limited each week.

Artists are hand-selected and trained for a high-touch service, and bridal trials test the full look so it can be adjusted before the wedding day.
