The business centers on brows and suits clients who want fuller, polished brows without needing to maintain them every day.

Brow services include Signature Brows, which combines brow lamination, custom brow design and a long-lasting stain, and Brow Wax and Tint, a shaping appointment with brow wax and brow mapping. Brow lamination softens and reshapes the hairs for a fuller, lifted look. Brow tint is described as lasting about three to four weeks on the hair and up to seven to ten days on the skin, depending on skin type and routine. Brow Model appointments are offered at no charge and run 120 minutes.

Lashes and permanent makeup are also offered. The Korean Lash Lift curls natural lashes without extensions, with results described as lasting up to six to eight weeks. Lip Blush Promo is a semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo meant to define the lips and even out their tone. Clients must be 18 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID, a non-refundable $100 booking fee applies toward the total, and touch-ups are not included in the promotional price. PMU Model appointments for lip blushing or powder brows are also available at no charge.

Two membership plans apply automatically at checkout when services are booked on the Services page. The Tweaze Club is $315 a year for twelve waxes, priced as nine. The Hybrid Stain Club is $585 a year for twelve hybrid wax and stain services, priced as nine. The Brow Lamination Masterclass is one-on-one, hands-on training on a live model for $1,100, with a $250 non-refundable deposit toward the price, and includes a professional kit and ongoing support.

The studio is open Tuesday and Saturday 10 AM to 3 PM, Wednesday 11 AM to 7 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 7 PM and Friday 10:30 AM to 9 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged half the booked service, and no-shows are charged in full. Appointments cancelled within two hours of the start time count as no-shows. All services are non-refundable, so clients with a concern should contact the business within 24 hours of the appointment. Clients using retinol, exfoliants or active acne treatments are asked to stop them five to seven days before waxing. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Staff speak Spanish.
