The Yorkville studio is a penthouse on the third floor at 102 Yorkville Avenue, Unit 5, near the luxury shops and restaurants of that neighbourhood, and its drink menu includes mimosas, signature cocktails, espresso and tea. The Flatiron location is on the second floor at 45 East 20th Street and is open Monday to Saturday 8AM to 8PM and Sunday 10AM to 6PM. Some prices differ between the two locations, so check the booking site for the one you plan to visit.

Group bookings are available for parties of 4 to 8 guests and can combine spa and salon services with drinks and semi-private spaces. Private event packages for staff, client and friend celebrations are arranged through an events team. An all-access Leisure Club membership covers unlimited manicures and pedicures and a drink.

Nail services take up a large share of the menu. Polish lines include Dazzle Dry and Gel Bottle Inc. Clients can get structured gel overlays with BIAB or extensions built on Gel X tips from Apres. The facial menu ranges from a vegan renewal treatment using NUDESKIN products to options that use LED light, microcurrent or nano-dermabrasion. According to the salon, its beauty services have won awards, and it reports being recognized as a Best of Toronto pick by Toronto Life and for its interior design by Hospitality Design Magazine.
