The salon applies extensions individually to each natural lash. A New Set includes the design and an eye patch, and a full set takes roughly 60 to 120 minutes depending on how many lashes are applied. The salon applies as many lashes as the natural lashes allow, up to the chosen set maximum.

Clients can pick extension lengths from 6mm to 15mm, with J-Curl or C-Curl options, 0.15mm or 0.20mm thickness, and either a Regular or Sexy design. Choosing 0.20mm or premium lashes adds $20 to a New Set. Touch-ups can be booked at 2 weeks or 3 weeks, and a touch-up can be returned to a New Set up to five times. After the fifth touch-up, a new set is required, and returning for one within 2 or 3 weeks saves $30 and includes removal.

Other services include Bottom Lashes, Volume Lash sets of 240, 420 and 600 lashes, keratin lash lifts with or without tinting, eyelash tinting, and add-ons such as an eye shampoo, extra lashes and extra length. Lash removal is priced differently for returning clients and for clients coming from another salon. House calls are available, and gift cards can be purchased.

Booking ahead is advised, and guests are invited to schedule their next visit before they leave. Please check in 15 minutes before your time; arriving more than 15 minutes late means making a new reservation. Cancellations need to reach the salon at least 24 hours in advance. Cancelling later or missing an appointment entirely incurs a charge of the full reserved service price. Tipping is not built into the bill; a 20% gratuity is customary but entirely up to the client. The doors open Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and on Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. The salon is closed on Mondays. Prices are subject to change without notice. Touch-up prices may vary if a significant number of lashes have fallen out.

The salon works on each natural lash individually and uses Japanese glue, which the business states is not harmful to natural lashes. It also says extensions will not damage natural lashes.
