The head spa menu is built around cleansing, nourishing and relaxing both the scalp and the mind. Options run from a 45-minute Basic Head Spa with scalp massage and hydrotherapy to a 90-minute Luxury Head Spa that adds scalp analysis, a deep conditioning steam, an express facial cleanse, a hydration mask of the client's choice and a shoulder massage. Loc Detox Head Spa includes a 20-minute loc detox soak and ends with 25 minutes under the dryer, which is not counted in its 90-minute listed time.

Silk presses start at $90 and include a relaxing shampoo, conditioning treatment, blow-dry and precision press, with Silk Press & Style adding a finished style for $125. The salon describes its silk press as leaving hair smooth, silky and healthy-looking without chemicals. A $20 trim to remove split and damaged ends can be added to a silk press or shampoo.

Clients bring their own hair for extensions and installs, since the salon does not supply it. Every hair service includes a shampoo, and head spa services require hair to be detangled beforehand. Shampoo and take-down services may carry a detangling fee for matted or very tangled hair. A $15 late fee applies at 15 minutes late, appointments 30 minutes late are canceled, and extra guests brought without approval lead to cancellation. A 20% fee applies to no-call, no-shows and cancellations made within 12 hours. The salon is open 8 AM to 7:30 PM every day and accepts cards, cash, Afterpay, Affirm and Klarna, with Buy Now, Pay Later available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 after approval.
