Main Tweeze

Main Tweeze is an esthetics studio founded and run by Kourtney 'Koko' Leuba, who has practiced independently since 2020. The studio is inside Primp Salon at 1011 Frederick Road. To find it, use the stairs at the back of the building under the Primp Hair Salon sign, then go straight down the hall to the left. Parking is available in the rear lot or on the street.

Visits are by reservation only, and walk-ins are not typically accepted. Each service begins with a cleanse and a personalized analysis, and the treatment is customized from there. Clients receive pre- and post-care guidance to help reduce irritation from waxing, and aftercare products for skin, brows and lashes are available to take home.

The studio's core is brow work: waxing with a soft honey wax containing vitamin E or a hard wax that is dye-free and fragrance-free, tweezing that can be adapted for especially sensitive skin, brow lamination, and semi-permanent tinting in custom colors. Lash lifting is done with a lash rod fitting and a two-step process. Full body and facial waxing are also offered, and return pricing is available on select waxing services.

Studio hours alternate weekly and follow a different schedule from January to April than from May to December. Clients are asked to come alone when possible; one extra guest is allowed if needed, and children brought along are expected to stay occupied and comfortable. Reschedules or cancellations are requested at least 48 hours ahead through the confirmation email or login. Before- and after-hours visits may be available on request for an additional fee.
