The salon is run by co-owners Kenny Duncan and Wayne Cousar. The salon says its owners have combined more than 50 years of experience and have helped operators become licensed, award winners, brand ambassadors, six-figure operators and philanthropists.

Haircut options range from children's and senior cuts to women's cuts, young men's and men's cuts, line ups, and a scissor cut and style. Creative Haircut and Color includes lightening and all-over color, with an optional design. Shaves and beard grooming are offered, along with a bald head and beard service.

Braids, cornrows, loc starting and loc retwists are part of the staff's specialties. The salon also maintains and customizes loose and lace hair units, with a range of services from a maintenance visit to a longer custom build.

Some services require a deposit, and clients who cannot attend are asked to let the salon know as soon as possible so they can reschedule.
