The practice calls its approach regenerative aesthetic medicine, aimed at preserving natural beauty over the long term. Plans are individualized and sequence injectables, laser, RF microneedling, mesoneedling, threads, medical-grade skincare and regenerative treatments around each client's goals. Its Mahtab Method looks past the surface lines to the muscles creating them and to how a treatment affects nearby areas. The practice says its goal is results people cannot easily identify as treated.

A visit for Botox starts with an assessment of facial movement, muscle strength and brow position before deciding where and how much to inject. Certain injections may be preceded by AccuVein, a near-infrared vein visualization tool. Botox carries a booking deposit credited under the appointment policy, and cost depends on the number of units used, reviewed before treatment. New patients are scheduled for 60 minutes and returning patients for 40, and treatments should be spaced at least 90 days apart. The practice reports minimal downtime with possible bruising, and notes that Botox may be delayed for conditions including infection at the injection site, pregnancy, planned pregnancy or breastfeeding. Upper-face results are described as appearing within one to two days, with full effect up to 14 days.
