Injector in the Ranch is run by founder Amy Davis, a Registered Nurse who moved into aesthetics full-time more than a decade ago. The practice has grown almost entirely through word of mouth and referrals, according to the founder. Dr. Michael Lafkas is the supervising physician.

The practice focuses on subtle, natural-looking work meant to enhance a person's existing features rather than change them. Botox generally takes about three to seven days to take effect. Filler results show right away, with the final look once any swelling settles. Collagen-stimulating treatments can be seen immediately and continue to build over the following few years.

The menu covers a wide range: Botox and Juvederm, filler and volume treatments such as Sculptra and Radiesse, and facial injectables for the lips, under eyes, jawline, cheeks, chin, temples, smile lines and neck. Hand rejuvenation and fat removal are offered, along with body treatments for the buttocks and cellulite. Skin services include microneedling, chemical peels, facials and red light therapy, and the practice also offers Skinvive, platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) treatment and B12 shots. Brow lamination and tinting and lash lifts and tints round out the menu.

Financing is available through Cherry, a buy now, pay later company. The application is described as taking about 60 seconds with no hard credit check. Zero percent APR and other promotional rates depend on eligibility.

According to the salon itself, it is a top 1% Allergan account across the country, a claim the business makes on its own behalf.
